How do I close my account?

To close your account please contact our team at help@fairfx.com or through the Live Chat function on our website.

If you have a balance on your card that you would like to retrieve, you have the option of converting the funds to GBP and withdrawing funds from an ATM with a £1.00 fee which is always charged in GBP or by spending at shops in the UK.

If you have a balance on your account, but not your card, please get in touch with our team directly.

If you would like to have a refund to your bank account please be aware there is a £5 fee, please contact us and we will send your balance back to your account.
