If you are in the EU, you may find that some ATMs put an extra fee on withdrawals. They may not always make this fee clear so please be cautious when making transactions. The FairFX fee is always £1, or the equivalent from the currency you have a positive balance in. We understand that these additional fees are common at Credit Agricole owned ATMs.

Please note that this fee is charged as the card is a UK issued payment card. It is not specific to FairFX Currency Cards or prepaid cards.

Where possible, we recommend paying at point of sale using your card in shops and restaurants, rather than withdrawing cash from an ATM.
