Clearing the cache for Android app customers

If you're having problems with an update to the app on your Android phone we'd recommend clearing the cache before reinstalling. On Android, when an app is deleted from the phone the data for the app isn't always cleared. This a choice made by Google and not the app. Occasionally, this can present problems when the app is reinstalled (updated).

To make sure the app cache is cleared, with the app installed please go to Settings > Apps > FairFX > Storage. From this page press "Clear Data" and once that completes press "Clear Cache".

Then please uninstall the app and reinstall it from the Google Play store.

This should affect a minority of customers. You should only follow these instructions if you think that an update to the FairFX app is not working as it should on your Android phone. As always, our team are here to help with any questions you have.
