You're accumulating rewards on your new card when you use your FairFX Currency Card. You can see a full list of the retailers you can earn rewards at on your account page on the website on the 'Rewards' tab. Your rewards will be added directly to your card balance when they become available. You don't need to add them manually.

You can see any rewards that are pending in your account page on the website.  They will be pending for 60 days and then be credited at the start of the next month.


When you have rewards credited to your account you'll see them showing on your card statement:



If you had an old Everywhere, Euro or US Dollar card and you upgraded to the new FairFX Currency Card, any outstanding rewards balance that was available at the time you upgraded would have been added to your new card when you upgraded.

If you had rewards in a pending state at the time you upgraded, these would have been added to your new Currency Card later, you'll see the top up on your card statement.


The 'Rewards' section of your account page will only show rewards earned on your new FairFX Currency Card.
