If you have an Equals Go card with our sister brand Equals Money, you can continue using the card. You should have received an email explaining that we're closing the Equals Go card mobile app and you can use the new FairFX apps for iOS and Android to manage your card. If you would like to use the website to manage your card please sign in to FairFX here. Although you'll see FairFX branding, you'll be able to manage your card as normal.
There's no need to replace the physical card as your existing card will continue to work as normal.
