To change your password navigate to the sign in section on the website or app and then click on "Forgot Password", please click here. You will receive an email with the option to change your password, when you receive the email click on the link provided and enter in your new password.
Your new password must have:
- Between 8 and 12 characters;
- At least 1 upper case character
- At least 1 lower case character
- At least 1 number
Your username is the email address you used to register with us, this can be changed by emailing us at help@fairfx.com.
