How can we help?

Are there any restrictions to using contactless?

You will need to make a CHIP and PIN transaction before you make your first contactless transaction. You can find out your PIN on the website or on our app.

You can pay by contactless with any compatible terminal for purchases up to the value of £100.

You can make up to 5 contactless transactions before you'll be asked to enter your PIN again.
