Once you have activated your card you will be able to get your PIN on the website or the app.
On the website:
Once signed in please choose 'Card and PIN' from the menu on the left website. This will take you a page showing all your cards. Click 'See PIN' next to the card you want to get to the PIN for.
On the mobile app:
Once signed in, press the 'More' option on the bottom right of the screen. Then select 'Card and PIN' from the menu that appears. Press the 'See PIN' icon on this page to bring up your PIN number.
Please be aware that there are still some merchants who do not have CHIP and PIN technology, so you may still occasionally be asked to sign for a purchase.
Please make sure your first purchase after you activate the card is a CHIP and PIN transaction.
