Once you have activated your card you will be able to get your PIN on the website or the app

Once signed in please choose 'Cards' from the menu which is on the right on the website and on the bottom of the app. Please choose 'See PIN' on the page the appears.

Please be aware that there are still some merchants who do not have CHIP and PIN technology, so you may still occasionally be asked to sign for a purchase.

Please make sure your first purchase after you activate the card is a CHIP and PIN transaction.
