Once you have activated your card you will be able to get your PIN on the website or the app.
On the website:
Once signed in please choose 'Cards & PIN' from the menu on the left of the website. This will take you to a page showing all your cards. Click 'See PIN' next to the card you want to get to the PIN for.
On the mobile app:
Please choose 'Cards' from the bottom of the screen that appears. Choose 'Manage' under your card and then press the 'See PIN' icon on this page to bring up your PIN number.
Please be aware that there are still some merchants who do not have CHIP and PIN technology, so you may still occasionally be asked to sign for a purchase.
Please make sure your first purchase after you activate the card is a CHIP and PIN transaction.
